IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is an innovative, reliable and safe method of reducing unwanted hair for both men & women. 

Light is absorbed by the pigment of the hair (this is what gives the hair its colour) causing the hair follicle to heat up and be destroyed without any damage to the surrounding tissue.

By removing the hair follicles hair growth is significantly reduced. It stands out as the most effective and least painful method among other hair removal techniques. When compared to laser treatments, the patented IPL hair removal system is gentler on the skin and more versatile in treating a broader range of skin tones and hair colours with better results. Here at Appear Natural Aesthetics we use a state of the art, high energy AW3 IPL laser system. A course of 6 treatments is recommended, although it may take slightly less or more, this is different for each individual. Each treatment is carried out 4-8 weeks apart.
